ABOUT CONFERENCE
The International Conference on Speech and Computer (SPECOM) is an interdisciplinary scientific event with a long tradition. The first SPECOM was held in St. Petersburg in 1996, organized by St. Petersburg Institute for Informatics and Automation of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPIIRAS) of the St. Petersburg Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPC RAS). Each year SPECOM attracts researchers, linguists and engineers working in the following areas of speech science, speech technology, natural language processing, human-computer interaction. The conference offers a comprehensive technical program presenting all the latest developments in research and technology for speech processing and its applications. Featuring world-class oral and poster sessions, plenaries and perspective exhibitions, demonstrations, and tutorials, it is expected to attract leading researchers and global industry figures, providing a great networking opportunity.

CALL FOR PAPERS
Authors are invited to submit full papers of 10 to 15 pages formatted in the Springer LNCS style.
Each paper will be reviewed by at least three independent reviewers (single-blind), and accepted papers will be presented either orallv or as posters.
Papers submitted to SPECOM must not be under review by an other conference or publication during the SPECOM review cycle, and must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere.
