SPECOM 2024 will feature 2 invited lectures and 53 regular papers. The invited lectures and 26 papers will be presented in 5 oral sessions, while 27 posters will be presented in 3 poster sessions. All sessions will be conducted in a hybrid mode, with most presentations delivered in person and somedelivered remotely. Zoom will be used for online attendance.
Remote presenting authors will have full audio and video access, including screen sharing capabilities. All other online attendees will be muted and will be able only to submit questions in writing. The chairpersons will select and read questions that fit within the available time slots.
Camera-ready papers for SPECOM-2024 must be 10-16 pages long (including all figures and references). The camera-ready paper submission deadline is September 17, 2024 via the Easychair system.
All authors are kindly asked to follow the Springer LNCS author formatting guidelines for the preparation of their manuscripts. The Author Guidelines document summarizes how a proceedings paper should be structured, how elements (headings, figures, references) should be formatted using our predefined styles, etc. It also gives some insight on how a paper will be typeset at Springer.
Production of the camera-ready paper will be a much smoother process if authors make use of the available MS Word template, which incorporates all the recommended formatting guidelines:

Authors who wish to use LaTeX for the preparation of their manuscript should download the corresponding support file available by Springer and check the included readme.txt file for further instructions.
The LaTeX2e Proceedings Templates by Springer are available in the scientific authoring platform Overleaf.
Each contribution must be accompanied by a Springer copyright form. Authors will be asked to transfer the copyright of the paper to Springer. This will ensure the widest possible protection and dissemination of information under copyright laws.
One author may sign on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper. In this case, the author signs for and accepts responsibility for releasing the material on behalf of any and all co-authors.
Modified forms are not acceptable.
The “Title of the Contribution” (i.e., paper title) and the List of Authors should match exactly the title and the list of authors of the paper.
Machine-typed signatures and digital signatures are NOT acceptable by Springer.
Authors of accepted papers are requested to submit their final, camera-ready papers, for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings, is September 17, 2024 via the Easychair system.
Final source files (MS Word in DOC/DOCX or LaTeX (zip, including figures and specific style files (not included in CTAN) if used) of the paper.
Final PDF file corresponding exactly to the final source files.
A scanned copy of a filled in and signed Springer Copyright Form as a PDF file.
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission’s compliance with the Springer editorial policies (Author Responsibilities and Ethics).
Authors should follow the minimum standards as set out in the Springer Nature Code of Conduct for Book Authors.
Authors are invited to submit a full paper in English formatted in the Springer LNCS/LNAI style. A paper must be 10 – 15 pages long. The full paper submission deadline is July 15th 26th, 2024 (23:59, Anywhere on Earth). Notification of acceptance/rejection will be on September 10th.

Papers submitted to SPECOM-2024 must not be under review by any other conference or publication during the SPECOM review cycle, and must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere.
