Registration Fees
AT LEAST ONE NET REGISTRATION FEE PER EACH ACCEPTED REGULAR PAPER IS REQUIRED.
An accepted paper should be presented at SPECOM conference by author/coauthor. Paper could be alternatively distance presented (by Internet, without personal presence of the presenter at the conference). Such a case should be notified before November 5 (specom2024@uns.ac.rs).
There is a special registration fee discount for participants from Western Balkan countries and previous organizers of SPECOM (India and Russia) – about 20% |

Instructions and informations
- Please be careful to include in the bank payment form the name of the author/coauthor who is the holder of the registration fee and ID number of the paper.
- SPECOM ORGANIZERS SHOULD RECEIVE FULL LISTED NET FEES.
- AUTHOR/CO-AUTHOR SHOULD COVER HIMSELF ALL BANK AND/OR POST EXPENSES.
- In advance fees should reach SPECOM organizers bank account before October30th.
- Student status should be proven by valid student Index or any other formal student document, at the time of the Conference registration.
- If an invoice is necessary, send an email with all necessary data to: specom2024@uns.ac.rs
- All certificates required by authors, co-authors or visitors could be obtained ONLY DURING the Conference.
Instructions for payments:
After completing the registration form: https://www.ftnconference.com/accounts/registration/specom-2024 please check if you have received an email from the FTNConference online system. Clicking the link in the email will open a new page in your browser, where you need to click the provided link to complete the registration process.
After that, you can log in to the online system: https://www.ftnconference.com/accounts/login/specom-2024
Once logged in, first select the “Your participation” menu, fill in the required information starting with the paper ID, and follow the instructions.
